Leonard Kohl is Chairman of Generations Management Services and also Chairman of Kohl Partners, LLC as well as Chairman of JH Mack, LLC, Kohlís construction affiliate. Leonard Kohl is also an Executive Vice President and Founding Member of Castle Senior Living, LLC. Mr. Kohl has been a builder and developer of commercial and residential real estate for over 45 years. He has served as a consultant to various banks, governmental agencies, and the Bankruptcy Court for a multitude of workouts and restructurings. He has been awarded a lifetime directorship to the board of the National Association of Home Builders. He has been active in the development of Active Adult Communities, health care facilities, nursing homes, and a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. Mr. Kohl was President, and remains an officer and director, of the Daughters of Miriam Center for the Aged, a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Clifton, N.J., and is a member of the Senior Citizens Housing Council. He received a degree in engineering from Cornell University, and his B.S. in Biochemistry from the College of The City of New York.
