Jonathan Litt serves as Vice President of Development for Generations Management Services, LLC and is also theExecutive Vice President for Kohl Partners and JH Mack, LLC. He has served as Vice President - Development, for Castle Senior Living, LLC, responsible for overseeing the site selection, governmental approval, design and development process for Castle. With over 12 years of real estate, construction, and health care experience, he has developed assisted living facilities, nursing homes, affordable housing for seniors, ambulatory surgery centers, medical offices, and commercial office spaces. Mr. Litt was a construction manager for Balcor/American Express. He holds a BA from Ithaca College in Health Services Administration and was an Operations Auditor for Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and the Montefiore Medical Center.
