Drew Barile, CEO/COO - Kohl Asset Management
Drew Barile is the CEO/COO of Kohl Asset Management, and the CEO/COO of Generations Management Services, LLC. He specializes in developing market-based product opportunities, strategic positioning, and senior living asset portfolio management. He currently operates 31 senior living/housing entities in four states in the Northeast United States.
Mr. Barile developed his expertise during a 20-year career as a senior living and health care strategist while also specializing in strategic planning for the commercial lending industries. As an accomplished corporate strategist, Barile has increased profits in various housing and healthcare asset classes. He is also credited by his peers as a pioneer in the development and the practice of innovative senior living products and services.
Formerly, he conducted the due diligence for every major public transaction over $100 million within the assisted living industry. Mr. Barile has conducted due diligence on well over $5 billion worth of senior living and long-term care transactions since 1996.
He has worked with well over 150 national senior living and long-term care providers. He has advised major Fortune 500 lending institutions such as Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers as well as multi-billion dollar equity funds. He has worked with international clients and has helped develop senior housing abroad both in Europe and Asia.
Mr. Barile’s proven expertise in evaluating and managing forces that drive operational performance has made Barile a nationally recognized leader in the asset management industry. He brings the strategic focus and mature business judgment gained during two decades of diverse CEO experience with a variety of entrepreneurial, senior housing and market-making businesses.
